The PP200 black recycled granules, independently developed and produced by Dongguan Shengxin New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., are a cost-effective, environmentally friendly material specifically designed for downstream injection-molding and extrusion products.

We carefully select pure PP recycled materials, which undergo rigorous processing—including crushing, washing, multi-stage precision filtration, and melt granulation—to ensure the removal of impurities and extraneous colorants. This process guarantees that the melt flow index of each batch of pellets remains stable at 8–12 g/10 min, with uniform and consistent coloration. After molding, the finished products exhibit a smooth, fine surface free of flow marks and burrs.

This material boasts the dual advantages of high toughness and high rigidity. Its notched impact strength exceeds 5 kJ/m², and its flexural modulus surpasses 1,500 MPa. It not only meets the stringent structural stability requirements for black speaker enclosures, effectively cushioning impacts during transportation and use to reduce damage rates, but also perfectly suits the load-bearing needs of industrial pallets and turnover boxes. It can be molded in one step into complex rib structures, ensuring long-term load-bearing performance without deformation.

As an environmentally friendly recycled material, it can directly replace 30% to 50% of virgin PP material without compromising product performance, enabling companies to reduce raw material costs by 15% to 20%. Moreover, having passed industry-wide environmental tests, it complies with EU RoHS and other environmental standards, helping downstream customers put the concept of green production into practice.
